Our people

At AREVA RMC, people really are our biggest asset.

At AREVA RMC, our mission is to combine the skills and attributes of our people with a commitment to provide a professional and high quality level of service. Our technical profile has over 75% of people at senior grade or above, a number of whom have been appointed as 'technical authorities' within the company.

Many of our team are also chartered engineers, hold postgraduate qualifications or PhDs, and are registered members of various professional bodies. We also invest in a vibrant graduate training programme and have a strong team of 10+ graduates across the business. We are committed to the ongoing skills development of our staff through annual training programmes and our resource pool is complemented by an active graduate development programme.

Dedicated to continual professional development

We are committed to the ongoing skills development of our staff and run an annual technical training programme, tailored to the specific development needs of individuals. Encouraging our staff to take active roles in the development of others, the majority of our courses are run by in-house technical experts, complemented by an ingrained mentoring culture that supports individuals in achieving their career aspirations.

Professional and friendly work environment

Not only do we contribute to our staff’s personal and professional development through a formal offer of training, we also believe in the importance of developing and maintaining a good working environment. We hold regular company social activities and pride ourselves on our friendly working environment and ability to provide flexible working arrangements.
